In 1993 our legal VP Douglas Farr Higham secured our WFO tax exemption under the IRS code 501(c)(3) so your contributions are tax deductible. All donations in excess of those necessary for the refurbishment of the Lorin Farr Statue will be placed with the general funds of WFO and used for its other approved purposes.
